Saturday in My Garage

Hi all! Like I said, I’m rehabbing my knee. I haven’t been brave enough to go find out the extent of the damage, but I know I need to before I end up never running again.

So, I look all over the place and combine workouts I have tried before and that I can do without (hopefully) making my injuries worse.
